On December 5th, 2024 we partnered with Alley Kat's for a FREE event to swap holiday trinkets for something new.

This event was to promote sustainability and reduce single use plastics during the holiday season. Attendees were asked to bring gently used ornaments, tabletop decor (no larger than a microwave), and unfinished or unused rolls of wrapping paper, gift bags, and wrapping accessories, such as bows and gift tags to SWAP with others at the event.

The first 20 people who signed up got a FREE Plastic Alliance Reusable Bag! And delicious hot chocolate was provided by Roots Market Cafe.

It was such a wonderful night with a great group of people swapping their old items for new!
